How long will my order take to process?

Whiskey Lou is a one woman business, and all lingerie/bikini sets are handmade to order.
Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for all orders to be made before being shipped, some items may take longer, this will be stated in the description so please ensure you read this before ordering.
If you need your order for a specific date please contact me via email or use the contact form on the website and I can give you a more accurate timescale for your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide shipping is available, the cost will be calculated at checkout.
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked, and all UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

After my order has been dispatched, how long will it take to arrive?

UK delivery time: Approximately 1-2 working days.
Europe delivery time: Approximately 3-5 working days.
Worldwide delivery aim: Approximately 5-7 working days.
**Please note- Whiskey Lou is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen or delayed by the carrier and/or customs.**

How should I wash/take care of my garments?

All Whiskey Lou pieces should be handled with care, and hand washed in cold water using mild soap/detergent.
Do not use a washing machine or tumble dry.

** Please note- Whiskey Lou is not responsible for damage due to incorrect care. **

Can I refund/exchange my order?

All handmade items and intimates are non refundable.
Please take care when selecting your size, or use the contact form for any questions/help with sizing.
A refund or exchange may be offered if there is a genuine fault with your order. In some cases if it is a small issue that can be fixed your item can be posted back to me and I can fix any issues/replace any studs/chains/fastenings etc.
